As our Inside Sales Representative you will have the opportunity to:

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Set qualified appointments for the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure

Inside Sales Representative Job Description:

The Appointment Setter (Inside Sales Representative Job Description) will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and setting appointments. Total compensation can reach 55,000 - 70,000 for motivated individuals plus can lead to career advancement/promotion opportunities

Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities:

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Understand customer needs and requirements - interest and skill in building business client relationships
  • Understand product and service offerings
  • Set qualified appointments for the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Achieve monthly goals
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects
  • Team with partners to build pipeline and close deals
  • Perform effective online demos to prospects
  • Base pay plus commission

Inside Sales Representative Requirements:

  • Proven inside sales experience
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products - Outlook, Word and basic level Excel
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com or a similar CRM
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent preferred
