Job DescriptionAs an Inside Sales Development Representative at Onit, you can have a significant impact on the growth of our business. As a creative and energetic self-starter, you will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to produce qualified sales leads. This is primarily an outbound prospecting and opportunity development position which will include following up and cultivating leads from marketing and other sources, as well as, proactive, cold calling into target accounts. You will focus on finding new sales opportunities, increasing the Onit pipeline and on scheduling discovery calls and demos for the sales team. Responsibilities and DutiesCold call prospects by phone, email, and other social platforms to generate leads and set demo meetingsFollow up on unconverted leads, legacy sales opportunities, trade show leads, etc. to cultivate into new sales cyclesWork effectively in a collaborative work environment and professionally represent the company to clientsOn a project basis, assist Marketing with driving attendees to Onit or other industry events in which Onit is a sponsorMaintain in-depth product knowledge of the solution offerings of the companyCapture and maintain accurate information in Collaborate with marketing and sales on sales pipeline, promotions, and other lead generation methodsQualifications and SkillsHighly motivated and disciplined self-starter with excellent oral and written communication skillsAble to thrive in a fast paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environmentMust be very comfortable on the phone and have experience with outbound, phone and email-based lead generationProven ability to work within a fast-paced team environmentExperience using (or other CRM) as well as social tools like LinkedIn for lead generation4-year degree strongly preferredThe ideal candidate has experience with legal, process automation and/or sales enablement software **We are open to having this role being based from our office in Austin, TX** Associated topics: agent, dealer, disney, inbound, inside sales representative, insurance agent, market, phone, telemarketer, telesales
