Our Opportunity:

Stock Plan Services (SPS) is a growing highly specialized business within Client Service & Support which works with corporations and their employees regarding their equity compensation plans. Ideal candidate will be passionate about Schwabs mission to help everyone be financially fit. Candidate will have strong consultative, business development, written communication and customer service skills. They will utilize these skills to improve client relationships.

What youll do:

The SPS eServices Representative will communicate with external customers in a hybrid role by responding to e-mails and chats regarding their equity award compensation plans with Schwab. Responsibilities include handling client concerns, issues, and escalations with tact and diplomacy, resolving account issues, and providing assistance with other operational processes as needed. Additional responsibilities include providing education and presenting proper solutions for clients needs.

Schedule: Mon-Fri, 10:30am 7pm MT

What you have:

  • Customer service experience required preferably in the financial services industry but not required
  • Stock Plan experience highly preferred
  • SPS platform experience is required
  • Client-facing chat and email experienced required
  • Well-developed and effective writing skills
  • Ability to engage clients and prospects via concurrent chats as well as email and phone
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills to service clients and prospects via Chat, Email, and phone
  • Excellent typing skills and proficiency in serving multiple clients concurrently
  • Able to quickly learn new technology and utilize a variety of data and systems in order to proactively identify solutions to client financial needs
  • Established technical skills with the ability to easily utilize multiple applications simultaneously
  • Position requires time management skills and outstanding organization habits
  • Ability to develop internal partnerships through various forms of communication to be an effective advocate for participants
  • Experience uncovering participant needs to make suggestions based upon the demographic of the participant
  • Series 7 and 63 licenses are required
