The ideal candidate for the Access Services Representative II role is a strong collaborator who has excellent customer service skills, negotiating skills, and collecting patient financial responsibilities.

High School Diploma
2 Years of Experience required or education equivalency Bachelors Degree - no experience Associate - no experience Healthcare/Customer Service experience and 1 year working in Patient Access at the organization is preferred for internal candidates.
