Location: 2150 Town Square Place, Sugar Land, TX

Are you looking for a career in a growing industry with new products, new markets and new technology?

Our office located in Sugar Land, TX is seeking an Associate Claims Service Representative. Our starting annual salary may be negotiable based on level of experience and applicable Adjuster licenses within the industry.

The 37.50 hour schedule is Monday through Friday, between the core hours of 8:45 am to 5pm and there is potential to work holidays and a few Saturdays per year.

Job Functions and Responsibilities:

* Ability to work within the electronic claim file environment, taking claim reports, investigating, negotiating, and settling auto, home, marine and liability claims
* Professional telephone manner to establish and maintain effective relationships to gain trust and respect
* Ability to problem solve and use time effectively in order to multitask and prioritize work
* Works well with others in a team setting

Job Requirements:

* High School or equivalent education required
* Previous customer service experience
* 6-8 weeks of comprehensive training is provided
* Must be able to pass state insurance license exam and meet continuing education requirements to maintain license.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Computer keyboard skills (35 wpm) and computer processing
* Previous insurance background is a plus, but not required
