A Day in the Life:

Your role as our System Support Specialist will be instrumental in bridging the gap between IT Support and Property Management operations. While proactively implementing improved workflows, essential duties will consist of assisting our on-site and corporate associates with performing their day to day functions within our property management systems. Strong technical knowledge, problem solving abilities, and troubleshooting techniques are the keys to your success.

What You'll Do:

The Key Responsibilities.? Provide technical assistance for associates utilizing Yardi software? Assist with troubleshooting resident ledgers? Review financial reporting and provide feedback? Communicate effectively via email? Manager support tickets within ZenDesk? Analyze requests to interpret solutions? Provide training and information for problem resolution? Lead efforts for creating and modifying user settings and profiles? Research and implement new modules and procedures in property management software

The Basics.? Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving ability? Exceptional organizational and communication skills? Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and relate effectively, productively, and positively with other associates? Dependable, punctual, and reliable? Complete essential job functions with minimal supervision

What You'll Need to Succeed:

* BA preferred
* Minimum of 1 year experience working with Yardi Voyager or other property management software
* Basic knowledge of on-site multi-family property management operations
* Strong interpersonal skills
